Subject: RE: Trump and EPA Changes - Are Deletes Now Legal?

Kory Willis made a post on social media yesterday that I will copy and post below, if you don't know who Kory is he is one of the kings of aftermarket vehicle tuning, a lot of the tuning programs run software that he developed. He was one of the first tuners that the EPA went after and between fines and lawyer bills he is around $10 million of his own money tied up in fighting them.

What the Trump Administration is doing for our industry right now is legendary.

Another criminal case over “deletes” dropped today and enforcement officer stating they were instructed that these things come to a screeching hault. This doesnt mean Its legal, but states this admins position on criminal enforcement.

I also got some positive news today out of a department I have traditionally not gotten along with that looks as though it could positively impact the whole industry.

Things are moving forward. Let’s keep the momentum!
