Super truckers only drive stick transmissions and super welders only use stick welders. For the uncool like me a wire welder has worked on the farm just fine since I learned to weld as a 4H project 40 years ago. I've never had a weld fail. Sometimes overall construction or repair had a weakness somewhere but it has never been the welds fault. The stick welder has so much dust on it I should just toss it.


Best post of the day. I agree! (you forgot to mention super farmers only drive 4 door diesel pickups) I cannot remember the last time I used the old Lincoln Coffin welder, I can remember when I did use it, the MIG came out first to tack everything up in place....just sayin.
