I hope so. It will really open up an industry of legal delete suppliers like the marijuana legal stores did.

No longer will you have to work with a wink and a nod when someone asks...."is it deleted"?



IMHO it will open up a fresh supply of used tractors that are essentially emission free and most likely less down time.

If a piece of ag machinery can be legally deleted, it would be difficult enforce “un-deleting” after the fact - which would be a bonus.

Heck I’d say if we could get back to tier 2 or earlier, a lot of tractors would be sold new because I’m sure the emissions pendulum would swing back the other way with a change in administration at some point.
