Lone Wolf Ok
Slobber - unburned fuel.

Possibly rings haven't ever seated - block radiator and get close to 'hot' for 30 min, alternate hot/ normal for several hours.

We have a ford 6610 that I rebuilt motor so I know ring placement on piston/clearances/ new injectors (tested pattern) etc and it slobbers badly. No access to dyno or real way to put good load on it. Ugly black tar. Have had oil tested, no fuel dilution.
