NC IL | The 180 reset was the solution.
I did the reset per the instructions, parked in a open area, and within 5 minutes the 6000 was showing a 3D SF1 signal. It was up to 100% within 15 minutes. I left it powered up for about ~45 minutes overall.
I tried it again once back in my office with the 6000 in the window, again it would show a 3D SF1 signal, so it's working.

I don't really know what a GPS almanac is, a web search says it's a signal sent from the satellites to the receiver with position data of some sort. | |
