Any parts guy that’s worth a darn will just send the seals with you. Have replaced them several times on our flagships. The viton seal is an improvement but still seems to get sticky over time.

Couple hour job to change seals, biggest thing is finding/remembering the one or two hidden bolts to pull the thermostat block off.
