Subject: Auction mixup. Fair resolution?

I bid, won first lot. Pickup one day only today. Rain, snowstorm coming. +50 miles each way. I get there. They only have two augers. “I wanted the sumps, auger downspouts”.
Seems they put them also with a different lot. Pic with ladder.
So all I get is two old stub augers. +100 mile drive rain, to snow, to ice for NOTHING. Because they double sold items. I of course got my check back. I did drive by next auction stuff while there. This is 2nd time item I was to pick up, was not item on auction. Both times I do believe it’s seller mistakenly moving stuff after they started pictures, arranging it *better* I should have spotted, considered doubles of exact same being unlikely. *or driven during inspection, at least nicer roads* Is a “sorry” enough?
What I won bid on.

2nd pic what a 2nd person won bid on. It’s 80% the same stuff. One had 2 old stub augers, other on pallet with ladder section and pulleys.
