J don't think it (1770) has the same 1.6 boxes of your 7000. They look the same but I think they are about 3/4 inch narrower. The 12 row will reduce your time by more than half, If your fields aren't square row clutches will be needed on the 12 row. (when I did the math 800 ac they paid for them selves here) (all fields are odd shaped.) I still rn a 7000 and my yeilds are as good as anyone here. BUT I run row cleaners ,have spiked closers, converted to bolt on vs roll pin. I run airbag down pressure moniter it with precision 2020. I am all notill. The clutch on the 7000 leaves alot to be desired. Make sure the 7000 has the walking (pivioting ) guage wheels. I thought it was standard but my dads doesn't have it. hope this helps.?????
