| Fill the cannister as best you can then loosely screw it on. Pump the plunger like your life depends on it until fuel starts coming out of the cannister. Tighten the cannister and pump like hell on the plunger again. Try to start. Maybe help with a whiff of ether. If it doesn't start, repeat the whole thing. It will eventually go. Lift pump most likely won't do it by itself on a cold day. Worse comes to worse, find a generator and plug the engine in for a few hours, actually that should be step one | |
