Subject: Dickey John ISO6 Mechanical Delay with Deere 4640

Hello,

I have been running a Dickey John ISO6 Controller for a few years now. The DJ runs a hydraulic drive on a Deere 1990 Air Seeder. One of the weird things that I have had issues trying to resolve is related to the Time In/Time Out (or I think Deere calls it Mechanical Delay). I setup the machine offsets and set my mechanical delays, however, I feel like there is a built in "delay" somewhere that causes the the machine to turn on to sooner then I specify and turning off after I specify in the Mechanical Delay on the 4640. This is really noticeable when I use Headland Control on the 4640. The Time Out/Time In is way faster then if I am using coverage for the timeout/time in.

Has anyone else experienced this, any thoughts on what to look for? I have messed with every setting I can find in the Dickey John controller.

Thanks.
