Were the trees in the fence line in 2012? If not, they aren’t something to maintain I would think, as they are new.

Then, is the fence line part of the wildlife area or part of the agricultural area? I suppose lawyers would love to get rich arguing over that point…. But most everything gets a 3-10 foot setback, so does maintain your ag fence allow a 5 foot buffer to keep it ag use.

I’d think it would be difficult for anyone to kick about that.

But then you mention it was written up by someone inside the govt, they and their friends in the courthouse can end up ganging against you just because and then it’s up to you to defend yourself. I guess that’s the real issue.
