Everyone forgets that they still have to meet emmissions in all the other countries they sell into.  Since Deere ships 9RXs world wide from the Waterloo plant I doubt they are going to design a USA model and a different European model and spend more on components since volumes are lower.  People need to remember these are global companies and global companies try to use common components to keep manufacturing costs down.
