Yes, Lance is my son and we have worked fairly hard side-by-side for 30+ years. He is 4th generation on a family farm, with grandkids to carry on, hopefully. Another son also in the operation.
Regarding my JD comments, I wd like to clarify. By no means did I mean to imply that JD has the best of everything, because they definitely don't.
We actually have Bourgault drills, Degelman roller, rockpicker, Brandt conveyors, Cat skid steer/telehandler, so not all JD.
What I continually stress is IN OUR FARMING AREA, JD has the best parts/service. And that's why we run JD. And that's why.this area is predominantly green.
I have become increasingly aware from this site that this is not the case in many areas. So I need to be more open-minded, obviously.
