Subject: RE: best statement on this whole site for a very very long time

I've been accumulating and selling off a small chunk with price appreciation since 2016 or 2017. I bought enough in 2020 that I can't find myself down overall unless the price dips back almost into the $20s.

Silver has a real story if you watch it and listen. There's a lot of factors that I won't go into, but the base case is that there is more industrial need for silver than gold... and silver is lighter than gold so as a co-mineral, so as we dig deeper for gold the ratio of silver to gold is lower but the price ratio of the 2 has been higher. I like to use corrections to turn silver into gold. Bonus thought for you, gold price has correlated higher to land since 1971 than the corn price has (at least in my neighborhood). So you see my thought process if you squint a little. Doesn't mean I'm right, but I have a plan.
