As we all are, you are guilty of painting with a broad brush. Not every larger farmer that is doing the things necessary to survive in shrinking margins is asking for government money. I think sometimes it is the smaller farmers that refuse to inovate that are getting squeezed and asking for money. But...that is a broad brush as well.
