Sue major food manufacturers so they leave the state and then the state becomes the citizens food source.
Probably has an agreement with Whole Foods owned by Amazon to be the state controlled distribution source once the cards are played.
Don’t forget, the last administration told us to watch California as they are a leader in the “New Liberal World Order” being pushed by some.
