Southern MN | Based on your comment of them having over 350 locations, I think you might be failing to understand corporate structure and how information travels.
I understand your frustration but what you are looking for is not going to happen with an organization of that size. Like others have mentioned, it could be months before they notice and by “they” I’m talking just the people in the IT department who then have to report to their managers all the way up to the corner offices who then have to report to the board of directors, and on and on and on until it turns back around and makes its way down to the wee little banker that sits at the local branch and is the main point of contact for the customer. | |
