If you want a helping hand look at the end of your other arm. That said My daughter got a FSA / Farm Credit load with one lender visit and a closing. She is an account so she knew how to present the information. She took my finical records with actual numbers and adjusted them to her 220 acre purchase. For her income she removed the $7 corn sales and replaced the with $4.25. Bankers like Information. Call FSA Monday... Dennis
