I agree with your goals green acre. However, I haven’t had a single person taking your path to soil success, guide me on how to achieve that goal and still be able to stay in business. Your way takes time and many years to accomplish. I’m doing it on a small scale, and there is absolutely no way I could rent ground in a competitive rental market or service land payments or cover living expenses taking this path. It’s fun to experiment with but will financially break a guy getting there.
Starting is the hard part. Changing is even harder.
Green Acres Guy has pretty well chronicled his operations journey on NAT over the past 4-5 years especially. Frankly, I’m actually amazed he posts as many details as he does……
He should write a book. Deltamudd should write his family’s history. J (something) out in Washington or Oregon should write another. NAT would be closer to a holiday boxed set!
