In the past when this has been discussed there were at least a couple people here on AgTalk that said it did good to great things for them.
But I personally have not done any research nor tried anything to potentially boost it.
I just use water therapy. And hyperbaric oxygen therapy breathing 32% Nitrox while under water. :-)
Just got here last night. Hope to get in the water later today.
