Southeast Colorado | It'd be a fairly long haul for you..........but I really enjoy the 2 day "Cover your Acres" event held in far NW KS at Oberlin. It's put on by K-State. They structure it so that you can attend everything offered if you're there for both days. It's not free..........but is very reasonably priced. Typically has pretty good food both days. And the sessions keep running during lunch. But even lunch is served for a couple of hours so that you can work around it and not miss anything.
