Franklinton, LA
I am surprised at the variation in the width of the lumber. Apparently, the sawmill needed to be adjusted or possibly repaired. Well, the sawmill operator may have been having a bad day. I guess I have been lucky to have worked with some good sawmill operators.

If you need 1/16" accuracy on width you need a good infeed and outfeed table that is the same height as your table saw. Also, you can clamp or bolt a good straight 8' long 2 X 4 to the table saw rip fence. This will be very helpful if the boards are slightly bowed.
