If they made new 1688s idbuy one tomorrow. Had one that ended up held together with duct tape and tarp straps . Would t give up. Had a gleaner also . Was lucky to get it to run long enough to fill the tank let alone unload .
Judging by the duct tape and tarp straps Id veture to guess the Gleaners problem was mostly the owner...
All combines need to be cleaned out properly at the end of season. a Gleaner raddle and swivel auger life is greatly affected by the end of season cleanout. |
