New Castle, PA | Got a letter today from one of the banks we use. First paragraph gave you a warm cozy feeling and then "about 4 months ago a data breach occurred and social security numbers, birth dates, account numbers, and other personal information was acquired by an unauthorized third party". 4 months ago, and you are just notifying us now?
