| Instead of looking to pay the same as other area businesses look to set the standard. If $20/hr is standard pay $30, if it’s $40 pay $50-$55. You will find out you will find the best. Instead of 6 $40 guys you can get more done with 4 $50-$55 guys in the same or less time. You save $ and headache. Or tell ppl you cant afford to pay more then buy new equipment in December that didnt really need to be replaced but it kept you from paying taxes. | |
