I agree with the others, but have another possibility.

Do you have a big band saw? I now have an 18 inch running on 220V with a carbide blade and a large fence. It can walk through 1 inch Oak in style for hours and do it about three to five times faster than my 3 hp, rated 1 1/2 hp 10 inch table saw. The narrow kerf might be part of the reason. 15k feet is a lot of cutting. It may be worth it to get one.

Portable saw mills can do a cut like that quickly too. But they can do a stack of boards at once. I just cut 150 sticker sticks that are one inch Ash in about 20 minutes on a portable saw mill a week ago. Not dried. But with 14 hp it wouldn't have mattered.
