You forgot "ultra-processed foods" in your list. Seems that's a major sermon these days from those wanting to tell you what all is wrong with your world. Again, this is one of those things I'd never heard of, ultra-processed that is. Seems it's just about everything you can buy in the form of food. It's mostly the things I like. Just google ultra-processed food & see how many things from your life are on the list. And, most of it is a major suspect of cancer. Nothing about A-bombs, or glyphosate....just hot dogs & chips and ice cream, canned soup, pizza, and doughnuts, etc.

I think the only thing that's OK is uncooked rocky mountain oysters and ground corn. Anything more  & you're subject to committing digestive suicide.
