What is the date on the document?

You really need the whole document to figure out what the intent is or is not.

The local county may supersede this intent with more restrictive ordinances.

It was filed and recorded in 2012 when the farm sold. The father of the two sisters that wrote it up and sold it was the County Recorder for decades.

Our county has zero planning and zoning. Only permit you have to get is for your sewer system.

My biggest question is can you push live trees out to replace a fence?
