Interesting what is classified as a farm . In Ontario $7k cdn. qualifies you as a farm, rural land gets 75% property tax relief...You even qualify if you rent your land to somebody that grosses $7k
Maybe if we did away with some of the tax concessions not so many city people would buy 25 acres to build a mansion on .Start upo farms could have some exemptions but even a $100k gross is not going to support a family
