| I think when the 2nd payment comes though they will be splitting the money between phase 1 and phase 2 and bringing them all to the same % paid. So the money leftover after phase 2 is not just going to phase 1. Phase 1 used more money than phase 2 is potentially going to use because there were likely some deeper loses in phase 1. There are going to be a lot of application to split the money with when the 2nd payment comes around. I wouldn't expect much on the 2nd round. | |
