IDK if the same linkages as a 7410 but if so this may be an issue.Had a 7410 that would not stay in reverse,,it has a bit odd and tight area on the right side,behind some parts,hard to see,hard to get clean,you can jam your head with a head mounted light and see if it is moving correctly,there is a bit of adjustment but a bugger.Be sure to chock block.
