The answer is to quit using cemeteries.
Why do people want to bury the body or the ashes and then expect someone to cut grass and maintain a piece of rock forever after..
there are lots of options like cremation that do not have your atoms being a burden on generations after you are gone.
I told the kid to just spread my ashes west of the yard in the field. My grave will mean nothing after the family that new me after they are gone. But that's just what I want. They should have a rubber tracked hoe for that job very bad what they are doing. When I am in a cemetery I don't feel right even walking on a grave.
