east central iowa | Not to hijack your thread but it is kind of along the same lines. Let's say a farm has terraces that were paid for by owner and he doesn't ever want them removed. Or maybe they were taxpayer paid for through some nrcs or govt program wouldn't there be deed restrictions to leave them in or maybe be allowed to move them if needed. Obviously terraces were installed for erosion control purposes by the generations before us. Some would roll over in their graves if they knew they were removed. Thoughts? | |
