Nebraska aka the boondocks | Phase one paid out at 35%. They have paid out 5.9 billion of 16 billion. Phase two, seems to be very limited. I have heard 5% from several sources, eg, what they are getting from phase two as compared to phase one. An fsa person I talked to who is a little higher up the chain said they were tightening the rules on phase two. That seems to be accurate. What are the reasons for this, maybe they want more money to ultimately flow back to phase one. Either way, if phase two only pays out $3 billion and change, and even 4, that leaves 6-7 billion left over, which means the final sdrp payment will be larger than the first. I am saying phase one will pay out at 85% of the first calc, bs the 35% people got in phase one |
