. Ethanol was a boom, till it wasnt.
I’d guess the price of Corn would start with a $2 without ethanol currently.
We may soon find out.. We’re sitting at 40 and even 80 under basis in some locations.. Kansas.. the new Dakota.. despite feeding cattle to 1800 and all ethanol plants on “Go.”
Domestic Gasoline demand is lower this year than last.. hence domestic ethanol demand is lower but for higher blends of ethanol.. unless we get year around E-15.. or pry open significant export markets.. or SAF.. demand for corn will resemble this forecast…
