I agree with you, pay for something and you should get it. But clearly some how you got a contaminated lot of seed. A few bucks before it went in the planter would have saved you $8,000. Should not have to but I'd suggest you do. My seed dealer tests my conventional corn before he delivers it. And we had one lot of a particular hybrid come in just over the industry tolerance level so that lot did not make it to our shed.
