On the 1990 drills they are usually located right at the hose leaving the meter while the blockage sensors are usually closer to the end of the run by the seed tubes at the row units.
You should be able to get within 10% with those. If you just have the blockage sensors you will never get an accurate population.
On my 1990 drill I’ve got the high rate sensors and I’m using a Precision gen 2 20/20 monitor. I’ve heard good things about the Loup system but don’t have any first hand experience. | |
