Nebraska aka the boondocks | I don’t think fsa ir whomever “interpreted” this particular bill knew what they were doing. It does seem, at least in my opinion, that sdrp phase one will end up 85% funded, which means the next payment will be larger than the first. Of course there aren’t many fruit and nut farmers on here either, maybe they are receiving a large phase two. |
