Could you borrow Weedman’s f450 or f550 and throw a heavy concrete weight on the flatbed along with tires, jacks, wood blocks, etc. and hook up and go?



Really need a 18 wheeler tractor to handle them. First one in my area we got to demo. They brought it to the field with a F450 and when he turned off the road it pushed the truck sideways into the ditch and jackknifed it.

There’s a heck of a lot of iron on a Kelly and most of it is on the tongue. Heck of a tool though. Literally hundreds of thousands of acres planted in my area with no tillage except for a Kelly pass followed by a drill or planter. 300-500 acres a day covered with a 45’ is average depending on ground speed. 9-10 mph is the sweet spot if you’ve got enough power up front.
