They need to hire a better gravedigger.

I know it's not like the old days where the graves were dug by hand. Or in the winter a fire would have to be set a few days in advance to thaw the ground up in MN, like my grandfather did. 

If a machine can do it faster and cheaper, that's usually the way it goes.
