2005 Columbia with Detroit takes 20 minutes to build 130 PSI air. Changed governor. Then changed air dryer(the one that is mounted directly on the air tank under truck). Still the same. Happened on a 45 degree day so nothing is froze up. I removed hose on inlet of dryer and could not hold my hand over hose to stop air flow so guessing compressor is fine. What do I check next? TIA
