Central ND | Easy. Mother or father, both, neither, doesn't necessarily matter, guaranteed their upbringing is why. Poorly raised offspring have no regard for anything but their own desires. There is no chance the operators that did this are Christian believers.
Several threads below outlining some possibilities, but there is no guarantee that they didn't come from a two-parent household, they even might have two devoted, loving parents.
