Subject: RE: Case IH 3310 w/Viper Pro

We had that issue on our 3310 with Vipor 4+. Had worked fine staying post corn, switched to posting beans & left two & center sections wouldn’t work.

There’s a black box on the center section that has two wire looms coming out the bottom. Check to make sure al the diagnostic nights ar blinking on it. Power comes from the battery & follows the “ladder rack” that the supply hose runs in.

Took us several days to get ours figured out. First think check to be sure the boom valves for those 3 sections are in the same position. If on gets off it will cause your problem. If not same you could have a bad valve or wiring to it.

Other things we found we bad contacts in a couple weather pack connectors, bad ground wire, hot wire from battery he bee pinched.

Our 3310 has AIM Command, there a module on the left side of main rack about the size of a pack of cigarettes that has a connector coming out the bottom. If original it will be red, if it’s been replaced it will be black. Test to see if it is getting 12v & 12v coming out. Not sure if it’s part of AIM or not but if it’s bad the two left & center sections won’t work.

Good luck. We’d find something wrong, fix it & it would irk in the barnlot & by the time we got to the field it wouldn’t work. Very frustrating experience

Edit: do a search on here, I made several posts about our issues back in June
