Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa | Not sure if it's still in existence, but there was a collection of earlier Deere tractors in Benton County Iowa that had the 0001 tractor in every model. IIRC, it started with the late 1930s or so and on up into some of the muscle tractors. It's been years since we toured it, so really can't remember specific model designations, but he was very committed to securing that #1 SN. |
