Hopefully it works out good for you

Some years ago I wasn't watching the forecast very well. We were having a run of beautiful weather. I broadcast seed to winter Rye and a few days later we had 20 in of snow that never left.

The next spring all the other Rye was up and running and I went out to that field and the seeds were soggy. Not a blade of grass out there. So I figured in a couple weeks when I get to that field it will just become soybeans. Came to playing soybeans and that field was a beautiful green grass so I left it go for Rye. Yield was okay but good straw
