If there was no crop insurance trigger in 23 or 24 there is no claim in this program correct?
I believe for phase one you’re correct. Phase two is supposed to be shallow losses that didn’t trigger insurance claim.
Best to talk to your local office and have them run you off the applications. Things seem to be a little hazy yet and application window just opened so I’m hoping clarity comes with a little time. |
