There’s a couple guys, locally, that want to rule from the grave. Would take it with them, if they could.
As far as farm transfer, generation to generation…..yup, my wife and I paid our parents, my son is paying us now for some land we sold to him. Not top dollar but not a give away, either. I want my son to succeed with knowing work and some sacrifices/ choices make you successful in the long run.
