swohio		I've spread cereal rye on frozen ground without snow in November once and in January several times, the November spread worked great, January hit or miss. Last time really late was Dec. 26th couple of years ago, great stand come spring. Haven't had this much snow this early in a very long time. ( 4" ), Ground not frozen under snow much either, so we'll see,
