| On the splits, I was told some of the oil evaporates out of the split, as the exposed area has no cover, plus there is more exposed area.
I think the splits that go through the screen get counted as FM.
On the regrade, It might still be a state inspection but it might be a different person. It is also possible the grade from some other beans go wrote down on your ticket. | |
