Penn St is a much better job if, winning a national championship or being in the conversation is his goal. If just having a phenomenal job, with great job security. He better say at ISU. PSU will gas you in a second if you lose a couple games.
I think there are many coaches out there who just want that security, if they have a couple mediocre seasons they still will have a job. PJ Fleck would be one of them for sure. He isn’t ever leaving.
